60-Day Guarantee. Every order is backed by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your socks, you can request a return or refund within 60 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The request is made within 60 days of delivery.
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
You can provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, simply contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Because we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or another agreed method. Our team will arrange the details with you directly.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we'll happily exchange it at no extra cost. Reach out to our support team and we'll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 60 days with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping is always free. For returns that are not due to our error, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
